License Agreement

By purchasing or downloading our digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This license governs your use of mockups, scene creators, and stock photos provided by Nordic Design Photo and protects the intellectual property of our work.

Permitted Uses

Our digital products are licensed for use in:

Commercial projects such as website designs, social media posts, advertisements, and branding materials.
Personal projects and portfolios.

You may use the products to create end products (e.g., marketing visuals, packaging designs) for yourself or clients.

Prohibited Uses

You are not allowed to:

Resell, redistribute, or share the original files in any format, including as standalone images or in editable templates.
Use our products in designs intended for resale, such as in digital templates or physical items (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, or prints) unless expressly permitted under a separate commercial license.
Transfer or sublicense the license to third parties.

License Types

1. Standard License

Our products are designed for small business use, with a distribution limit of up to 10,000 copies or views. This applies to marketing campaigns, printed materials, and digital impressions.

2. Extended Commercial License

For projects exceeding the 10,000-copy/view limit or involving resale of derivative products (e.g., product packaging or promotional designs), you must purchase an Extended Commercial License.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the mockups, scene creators, and stock photos remain with Nordic Design Photo. This license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our products under the terms above.

License Violations

Unauthorized use, resale, or distribution of our products violates this license agreement and may result in legal action.
